How much CorekChat costs and what each plan includes

#How the price is put together

You pay for a plan, and that plan brings everything you need to serve customers: the agent on WhatsApp, the menu, orders, contacts, locations and reports.

Apart from the plan, there are two modules you add only if you need them. They're not separate to make the plan more expensive: it's the opposite. A business that only does delivery doesn't serve tables, and charging it for a kitchen display it will never open would be overcharging it.

#What changes from one plan to another

What you notice most are three numbers: how many locations you can have, how many people on your team can sign in, and how many orders you can process per month.

There's also a monthly allowance of artificial intelligence conversation, and some advanced features — like connecting CorekChat to other systems or downloading your information — that depend on the plan.

Each plan states exactly what it includes. If you have a specific question about one, ask it and we'll answer with the current details.

When you compare plans, each item has an arrow next to the plan you're looking at: green pointing up if that plan improves on what you have today, amber pointing down if you'd lose something. If the item has a limit — locations, users, orders per month — and you're about to move down a plan, we also tell you how much you've used and how much would fall outside the new limit, so you decide before changing, not after.

#Monthly or yearly

You can pay month to month or sign up for the year.

The year is cheaper, and how much cheaper depends on the plan: in some the savings are expressed as months you don't pay, in others as a percentage. When you look up a plan, we tell you its exact savings.

Paying monthly doesn't tie you to anything long. It's how almost everyone starts.

#What you add separately

Two modules for running the restaurant:

Table management with a kitchen display. To serve the dining room: tables, tickets that go to the kitchen, the menu with a table code so diners order from their phone. Printing tickets on a thermal printer is in the works: today the kitchen works from its screen.

Table reservations. So the agent can take reservations in the conversation, in addition to your team loading them.

If you need both, there's a combination that costs less than buying them separately.

And three features that some plans already include and others don't. If your plan doesn't include one, you don't need to change plans to get it: it can be added separately.

  • The chat on your website, so the agent serves customers there too.
  • The advanced dashboard, with the agent's performance: how many conversations it resolved on its own, how many it handed to a person and how long it took to reply.
  • The connection to other systems, so your accounting or delivery system receives your orders and your tables without copying them by hand. It comes as a single package, because one half without the other is useless.

#The trial

You can try CorekChat before paying anything.

What you need to know before you start, so it doesn't surprise you later: the two modules you add separately aren't part of the trial. If what you want to evaluate is precisely table management or reservations, say so and we'll sort it out, because otherwise you'll be trying the product without the part you're interested in.

What you load during the trial — your menu, your hours, your contacts — stays. When you move to a plan, you pick up where you left off.

If you're trying table management or reservations, we'll email you when there are 3 days left in that trial, and again on the last day. That way it doesn't catch you off guard if you want to keep using it.

#Email notifications

Every payment that's approved — whether it's your first subscription or a renewal — sends you an email with the receipt: the payment reference and how long your plan stays active. If you have an automatic subscription and the charge renews on its own, we also let you know by email when that happens.

#If you have many locations

For a chain, the price is worked out one by one, depending on how your operation is set up.

We don't have a magic number and we don't promise it's unlimited. We'd rather sit down and see how many locations there are, how many orders they handle and what you need, and the price comes from that.

#How to find out today's price

Ask and we'll give it to you on the spot, with the plan that fits what you need. It's information that's looked up live, so you won't get an outdated price.

If you'd rather talk it over with a person, that works too.
