Animations: turning them on or off
The dashboard uses short animations so you notice what just happened: a deleted product crumbles into dust, a cancelled order breaks into pieces, a chat you close fades out like a hologram, reading a menu with AI shows its progress, and Nero, the assistant, moves: it blinks, follows you with its eyes, raises its hands depending on what's going on and, on screens where it appears large, floats over a platform with particles and lightning.
You can turn them off or leave them on from «Configuraciones → Preferencias» (Settings → Preferences) (in the dashboard, from your account menu). In the phone app it's under «Ajustes» (Settings). In the same dashboard window you'll find the alert frames, the animated border that comes with important notifications.

#How the choice works
- As long as you don't choose anything, your computer or phone's setting is followed: if you turned on "reduce motion" there, animations are replaced by a short fade.
- If you choose Yes, they're shown even if your system asks for less motion.
- If you choose No, everything appears and disappears instantly, on any device.
The choice belongs to your user, not your team: you'll find it the same at the register, in another browser or in the app. With «Volver a la configuración del sistema» (Go back to the system setting) you stop choosing and your computer or phone is in charge again.
#What happens with Nero
With animations off, Nero stops moving but you can still see what's happening to it: its face changes depending on the situation (thinking, happy, worried) and its hands appear when they have something to show. The platform with particles and lightning stays as a still frame, without movement. The change is immediate: you don't need to reload the page.
On the sign-in screens we don't know who you are yet, so there your computer or phone's setting is in charge.
Turning them off doesn't change anything the system does: only how it looks.
