How do I find out about what's new on the platform?

Every now and then we launch something new: a feature, an improvement, a scheduled maintenance or a price change. When that happens and it's relevant to you, we let you know INSIDE the platform, without you having to go looking for it anywhere.

#Two ways we let you know

Depending on how important the update is, you see it in one of these two ways:

  • A window, if it's something you can't afford to miss (for example, a scheduled maintenance). You have to read it and close it before you keep using the platform; it doesn't have an X to dismiss it right away, and it doesn't close on its own.
  • A card in the corner of the screen, if it's a minor update (a new feature, an improvement). You close it whenever you want, with the «Entendido» (Got it) button or the X, and you can keep working while it's open.

In both cases, if the update has a link, you'll see a button to go straight to what changed.

#"Don't show again"

On a minor update's card there's a «No volver a mostrar» (Don't show again) checkbox. If you check it, that particular card won't pop up on its own again. An important update doesn't have that option: we'll always show it to you until you read it.

If you change your mind about hiding it, or simply want to read it again, you'll find it in the notification bell, with the «Leer la novedad» (Read the update) option.

#It's recorded that you read it

When you close an update, it's recorded that you read it (and, if your team checks later, how you closed it: from the window, asking for more information, or reopening it from the bell). That's what lets us know whether an important notice actually reached the whole team.

#Ask Nero

If you missed something or just want a quick recap, you can ask Nero, your internal assistant, what's new. It'll tell you about the updates that are relevant to you, with their title, what they're about and whether you've already read them — without marking them as read for you: that's your call, closing the update as usual.
