Where your account is signed in and how to close a session
Your user can be signed in on one browser (the web dashboard) and on the phone app at the same time. That way you can have the register computer and your phone at once without one signing the other out.
#What happens if you sign in from somewhere else
- If you sign in from another browser, the previous browser's session is closed.
- If you sign into the app from another phone, the previous phone's session is closed.
- Signing into the app doesn't close the browser, and signing into the browser doesn't close the app.
The device that was left out shows the «Sesión cerrada» (Session closed) notice.
#The sign-in email
Every time someone signs into your account from a browser or phone your account hadn't used before, you get an email with the date, the device and where the sign-in came from. If it was you, you don't need to do anything.
Signing in again from the same computer or the same phone doesn't send an email, even if the browser was updated.
#Seeing and closing your sessions
In «Configuraciones → Seguridad y dispositivos» (Settings → Security and devices) (from your account menu), the «Dispositivos conectados» (Connected devices) section shows where your account is signed in: the browser and the phone, since when and from what address. The device you're using is marked as «Este dispositivo» (This device).

To close the other session, tap «Cerrar sesión» (Sign out) on that row and confirm. That device is signed out right away and, if it was the phone, it stops receiving notifications.
#If you don't recognize a sign-in
- Close that session from Connected devices.
- Change your password in «Configuraciones → Mi perfil» (Settings → My profile), or with «¿Olvidó su contraseña?» (Forgot your password?) on the sign-in screen if you can't get in.
- Turn on two-step verification: even if someone has your password, they can't get in without your phone.
Each person on the team needs their own user. If two people share one, they'll keep signing each other out.
