When you enter the dashboard for the first time, Nero greets you from its tab,
on the right side of the screen, and offers you a tour. It doesn't cover
anything: it's a bubble with two buttons, and if you choose «Ahora no» (Not now)
you can keep working and do it whenever you want.

## The three phases

The tour is split into three phases, and each one is done separately:

- **Get your restaurant up and running.** The essentials for the agent to serve
  customers on WhatsApp by itself: connecting WhatsApp, loading the menu, the
  opening hours, the payment methods, the delivery fee, the agent's
  personality, testing it and inviting your team.
- **Get to know the system.** Where everything is: the home dashboard,
  conversations, orders, contacts, the bell, your preferences and your plan.
- **Your modules.** Only the ones in your license: the dining room, the QR code
  menu, the kitchen display, reservations or electronic invoicing.

If your account already existed when the tour came out, you start with the
second phase: you already did the first one when you set up your restaurant.

## How each step works

The tour opens as a side panel, and the screen keeps working in the meantime. In
each step:

- «Llévame» (Take me there) takes you to the screen where it's done and outlines
  what you need to tap.
- «Ver la guía» (See the guide) opens the guide for that part, at the exact
  section.
- The steps in the first phase **check themselves off** when you actually do
  them: for example, "Connect your WhatsApp" is done when WhatsApp is connected,
  not when you read the card. Whatever you already had set up appears checked
  from the start.
- In the other phases, once you've seen it, you tap «Entendido, siguiente» (Got
  it, next).

If a step doesn't apply to you, you can skip it.

## Each person sees their own

The tour depends on what each person can do in the system. Someone in the
kitchen, for example, doesn't see the setup phase: they see the kitchen display
steps and whatever their role lets them use. If you change a role's
permissions, its tour changes with them.

## Continue, repeat or start over

- On the **home dashboard** there's a card with your progress and the
  «Continuar donde quedé» (Continue where I left off) button. It goes away on its
  own when you finish, and you can hide it with the X.
- In your account menu (your initial, at the bottom left) there's «Recorrido de
  bienvenida» (Welcome tour): from there you continue or repeat any phase, show
  the home card again or start everything over.
- Inside the tour panel you can tap any step to repeat it, or «Repetir esta
  fase» (Repeat this phase) to go through all its steps again.

Starting over erases your progress, never your settings.

## When you buy a module

If you add a module after getting to know the tour, for example the dining room,
Nero offers you that module's tour as soon as the module's welcome animation
ends. If you leave it for later, it's still available in the "Your modules"
phase.

## When something new comes out

When we add a new feature to the system, it may appear as a new stop on the
tour, marked "New", even if you've already finished it. Nero lets you know from
its tab, and the home card shows up again until you see it.
