CorekChat is a platform that puts an artificial intelligence agent in charge of
your restaurant's customer service. The agent answers on WhatsApp and on your
website chat, at any hour, without anyone having to keep an eye on the phone.

## What the agent does

- Answers what's on the menu and how much each item costs.
- Takes complete orders, with the address and payment method.
- Shares your opening hours, location and delivery fee.
- Tells customers how an order that was already placed is going.
- Hands the conversation to a person on your team when needed.

The agent knows your menu, your hours and your delivery zones because you load
them once in the dashboard. You don't have to program it or write answers in
advance.

## What it doesn't do

It doesn't handle complaints or negotiate. When a conversation needs a person,
it hands it over and alerts your team. We prefer it that way: a complaint
answered badly by a system costs more than one that waits ten minutes.

It doesn't make things up, either. If something isn't loaded in your menu, the
agent won't offer it to anyone.

## Beyond the chat

The platform includes the management that sits behind that conversation: menu,
orders, contacts, locations and reports.

There are two features you can add separately, depending on what you need:

- **Point of sale with a kitchen display**, to serve tables in your restaurant:
tickets reach the kitchen on their own, and diners can browse the menu and
order from their phone with the table's QR code.
- **Table reservations**, so the agent can take them from the chat.

## Nero, your team's assistant

Besides the agent that serves your customers, your dashboard comes with
**Nero**, an assistant that works with your team, not with your customers. It's
not a person: it's the purple tab with a face that appears on the side of the
dashboard.

You can ask Nero how to do something in CorekChat, ask it to check what you
still need to set up, and have it suggest fixes, like writing your menu
descriptions. Nothing it suggests is applied until someone on your team reviews
and confirms it. It's included in every plan.

## How WhatsApp gets connected

There are two ways: scanning a QR code from your phone, which takes minutes, or
through the official WhatsApp API, which is more stable and requires a
registration first.

You can start with the first one and move to the official one later.

## What you need to get started

Your menu and your opening hours. With that, the agent can already serve
customers. Everything else can be set up as you go.
